The Road Commission of Kalamazoo (RCKC) invites qualified vendors to submit qualifications for construction management services as specified within.

There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the RCKC located at at 3801
East Kilgore Road, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49001. Failure to attend this meeting will exclude your company from
submitting a qualified bid.

Responses to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are to be submitted by email to purchasing@kalamazoocountyroads.com and by hard copy to the Road Commission of Kalamazoo
County, 3801 East Kilgore Road, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49001 by June 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. The email subject line must have vendor name, bid number and date of opening clearly marked.
