This service request process is the most efficient and effective method of communication for any service needs on our road network. When providing a cell phone number (if your provider allows this type of service) or email address you can expect to receive updates on the status as the service request is reviewed from active, pending and closed.
Service requests received are routed to the appropriate RCKC Team. A report of service requests is available for service requests currently pending and active in our system and listed by service request reason; the report is updated weekly and linked below.
Please understand the number of days for a service request investigation, response or action may vary. Additional time for processing service requests may be necessary during severe weather events, construction season or for those requiring additional investigation. Be reassured the RCKC monitors and tracks all service requests received and they are not closed until which time it is appropriate to do so.
