Contact Us / Service Requests

Please take a moment to share your service requests directly with the RCKC using the form below. Submitting requests through this process is the most efficient and effective way to communicate any service needs on our road network. When you provide a cell phone number (if supported by your provider) or an email address, you’ll receive updates on the status of your request as it moves through our review process — from active to pending to closed.

All service requests are routed to the appropriate RCKC team for review and action. A report of active and pending service requests, organized by request type, is updated weekly and available through the link below.

  • A service request that is PENDING has been evaluated and a solution is being scheduled.
  • If a service request does not appear on the report; it has been investigated, responded to, and/or action completed and therefore CLOSED in our system accordingly.

Please understand that the timeframe for investigating, responding to, or completing a service request may vary. Additional processing time may be necessary during severe weather events, the construction season, or when a request requires further investigation. Rest assured, the RCKC monitors and tracks all service requests, and none are closed until it is appropriate to do so.

(Report does not include Traffic Signal Service Requests, which are addressed with contract services)

Please call (269) 381-3171 for any additional information or media inquiries.

Thank you.
