“This information is made available to assist motorists in planning for construction delays,” Travis Bartholomew, Managing Director of the Road Commission said. “Motorists are reminded to be alert, slow down, stay informed, and be cautious when approaching a work zone. Remember, these projects signify progress in improving our infrastructure!”

Please note: This information is subject to change. Projects, road closures and timing can change from day to day, depending upon a number of factors, and traffic delays can develop in a matter of minutes due to weather conditions, emergency situations, etc.

Road: Midlink Drive - Park Circle Drive to Old Cork Street
Current Status: Manhole adjustments, milling, and paving will begin the week of 4/20.
Detour: None
Project Information: Manhole adjustments, milling, and hot mix asphalt (HMA) resurfacing.
Start Date: April 15, 2026
End Date: October 15, 2026

Road: Midlink Drive - Sprinkle Road to Midlink Drive
Current Status: Manhole adjustments, milling, and paving will begin the week of 4/20.
Detour: None

Road: 9th Street - Stadium Drive to Quail Run
Current Status: Excavation and sidewalk grading week of 4/20.
Detour: Traffic control shall consist of a shoulder and lane closure with a lane shift on a 3-lane undivided roadway.
Project Information: Constructing a sidewalk along 9th Street. Project includes curbs, ramps, and drainage improvements.
Start Date: March 30, 2026
End Date: June 26, 2026
