2018 Branch Award in Public Works Project of the Year Government Cooperation from American Public Works Association (APWA) for the Wakeshma Township Local Road Millage.

2018 Project of the Year Award from the APWA Michigan Chapter for the S. Burdick Street project transportation less than $1 Million.

2017 National Asphalt Pavement Award for Quality in Construction for work on approximately 1.2 miles of Stadium Drive in Kalamazoo Michigan. 

2017 Branch Award in Public Works Project of the Governmental Cooperation from APWA for the S. Burdick Street - Cork Street to Stockbridge Avenue project

2017 Branch Award in Public Works Project of the Year Transportation Less than $5,000,000 from APWA for the G Avenue - 32nd Street to 37th Street project

2017 Award of Merit Projects 10,000 - 30,000 Tons from the Asphalt Pavement Association of Michigan (APAM) and Michigan Deparmtment of Transportation (MDOT) for providing the people of Michigan the Highest Quality Asphalt Pavement on Stadium Drive from 9th Street to US-131 

2017 Joanna Johnson, Managing Director for the RCKC was elected Vice President of the County Road Association of Michigan (CRA) at the organization's 2017 Highway Conference on March 16
